前端插入数据的时候报如下错误：

Incorrect string value: '\xE8\x8B\x8F\xE6\x99\xA8...' for column 'user_name' at row 1

发现是汉字无法插入，汉字乱码，而且只是个别表汉字无法插入，导出创建的表的sql发现，指定了latin1字符集，

改成utf8 则汉字可以正常插入。
