将系统升级到了最新10.13.3 macOS High Sierra后，在使用ctags命令时会出现如下问题：

xcrun: error: invalid active developer path (/Library/Developer/CommandLineTools), missing xcrun at: /Library/Developer/CommandLineTools/usr/bin/xcrun

解决方法是：

xcode-select --install
