解决方法：

首先要确保eclipse中maven的配置正确！ 
找到自己的maven仓库所在的位置，例如我的：

C:\Users\liugen.xu.m2\repository\org\apache\maven\plugins

找到repository\org\apache\maven\plugins这个目录，然后删除plugins目录下的所有文件，让下次软件打开的时候重新下载文件.

然后项目可能还会有红色的叉叉，然后点击项目右键—–>Maven—Update Project ,然后就会更新整个项目，基本就可以解决问题。
