be near zero at times. Travel will be very difficult to
impossible. Additional snow accumulations of 6 to 10 inches,
with localized amounts up to 15 inches, are expected.

* WHERE...St Lawrence Island and Bering Strait Coast.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM Tuesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds gusting as high as 65 mph will
cause widespread blowing and drifting snow.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
