出现该错误是因为jar包版本不匹配，比如linux上的jar包导入到windows上了。可以将.m2\repository的org.apache.maven.plugins删掉然后让maven重新下载试试。

.m2文件夹的位置可以在eclipse的jar包中查到，打开maven dependencies即可看到jar包所在的.m2文件夹位置。
