Azure Sql Database为某个数据库创建单独的访问账户
由于SQL Management Studio对Azure SQL Database支持不完美，不能使用图形界面，因此配置数据库就会有不同的麻烦，下面是本人配置访问账户的一些经验：
1、以管理员登陆之后创建一个Login：
CREATE LOGIN publicUser WITH password = 'Password1'
2、切换到要添加用户的数据库，创建一个user：
CREATE USER publicUser FOR LOGIN publicUser WITH DEFAULT_SCHEMA = dbo
3、给该User分配一个Role：
EXEC sp_addrolemember 'db_owner', 'publicUser'
注：
1、在第二步的时候记得切换数据库
2、在登陆时记得选择默认连接的数据库
