今天下了个MindManager，正准备安装结果出现了如题的错误提示！！！

于是百度/google一下，在权威的微软官网下找到了答案，他妈的，看了之后表示很无奈

呵呵，过了四级的朋友秒懂！ 所有在这里我只能剁手！ 手贱啊，起了个中文用户！

该怎么办呢？   解决办法：

Change the temp Environment variable to point to a non unicode location and install the VCRuntime files.

创建一个临时环境来指向目标目录的虚拟文件...也就是把临时环境变量指向的虚拟文件的目录修改一下，其中不要包含中文

so easy。  在这里我们不必考虑这temp文件夹下装什么呢，我们只需要创建出来就O了
