解决：

FILEBROWSER_DIRECTORY=’D://dev//tools//projects-py//dev//fenway//src//uploads/’
或者：FILEBROWSER_DIRECTORY=os.path.join(BASE_DIR, ‘uploads/’)
或者：(推荐)
MEDIA_ROOT = os.path.join(BASE_DIR, ‘media’)
MEDIA_URL = ‘/media/’
同时要在media下面建立uploads文件夹，FILEBROWSER默认在里面找。
