We noticed that your app's marketing description includes a donation as part of the subscription cost, which does not comply with the App Store Review Guidelines.

Next Steps

While donations are not permitted as a part of the subscription cost, you may provide a link to your web site that launches Safari for users to make a donation. You may also add a link to send an SMS to make the donation.

Also, we noticed that your Application Description did not fully meet the terms and conditions for auto-renewing subscriptions, as specified in Schedule 2, Section 3.8(b). Meeting the terms of this agreement is required by the App Store Review Guidelines.

Specifically, your Application Description did not include the length of the subscription, the price of the subscription, information about the auto-renewable nature of the subscription and links to the privacy policy and terms of use.

Next Steps

Please revise your Application Description to include the missing information. For your convenience, we've includedSchedule 2, section 3.8(b) below.

"You clearly and conspicuously disclose to users the following information regarding Your auto-renewing subscription:

- Title of publication or service
- Length of subscription (time period and/or number of deliveries during each subscription period)
- Price of subscription, and price per issue if appropriate
- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
- No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period
- Links to Your Privacy Policy and Terms of Use
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication."

Since your iTunes Connect Application State is Metadata Rejected, we do NOT require a new binary. To revise the metadata, visit iTunes Connect to select your app and revise the desired metadata values. Once you’ve completed all changes, click the “Submit for Review” button at the top of the App Details page.

NOTE: Please be sure to make any metadata changes to all App Localizations by selecting each specific localization and making appropriate changes.
