Symptoms

When attempting to create a new organization, the following error occurs.
ERROR
APP-PAY-06153 system Error. Procedure INIT_FORMS at step 1

STEPS

1. Go to Inventory>Setup>organizations>Define organization
2. Click on New.
3. Error Presents.

Cause

Profile options:
HR:Business Group
HR:Security Profile
have value null

Solution

1. Go into the responsibility: System Administrator
2. Navigate to Profile>System profile
3. Click in responsibility check box and enter the responsibility, used to create organizations, in the responsibility field

4. Query profile options HR:Business Group and HR:Security Profile, and select appropriate values from list of values.
5. Retest the issue.
6. Migrate the solution as appropriate to other environments.
