解决 RtlCreateActivationContext() failed 0xc000000d

gtest 示例的Debug版启动报错：

Debug输出如下：

SXS: RtlCreateActivationContext() failed 0xc000000d
LDR: LdrpWalkImportDescriptor() failed to probe D:\LibSrc\gtest_1.7.0_build\Debug\gtest_main.dll for its manifest, ntstatus 0xc000000d
Debugger:: An unhandled non-continuable exception was thrown during process load
The program '[3824] sample1_unittest.exe: Native' has exited with code -1073741811 (0xc000000d).

Rebuild无效，重装VC无效。

将Manifest输出改为No就好了。

估计是VC2010的错误。奇怪的是再次改回Yes后重建仍然是好的，同样的vcxproj输出不一样？

应该与系统也有关，可能重装系统就会好。其他机器没有该错误。

dll工程配置里将输出清单文件选为no, rebuild, 再改回yes
