Storms make trees take deeper roots.

暴风雨能使大树的根扎得更深。

If the trees already have deep roots, then the storms can make them take deeper roots.

If they don't have deep roots, then they may be blowed down by the storm.

And please notice that they are mentioned as trees, not tree, in the stroms, you can live through the hard times much more easily if you have the help from your friends, your family and your partners.

It is not the time that one can do everything all by himself, it is the time of cooperation and mutual-benefits.

So, learn from others and do what you can do for them.

Now we are in a hard time because of the weak enconomic environments, can we weather the storms of the recession?

A goal without a plan is just a wish.

没有计划的目标只是愿望而已。

Remember that a wish is often not in your own control.

And a goal with a plan can give you some guide in your moving direction.

But the most important is your action.
