1. click on the battery icon from taskbar next to the date and time.

2. click "More power options"

3. "change plan settings"
4. change advanced power settings
5. there are two tabs when you click this. one says "advanced settings" and the other says "Lenovo energy management." click the latter one that says "Lenovo energy management"
6. click the button that says "Enable Lenovo Energy Management"
7. there you can see, "Optimized Battery Health" on a second radiohead button.
8. you can just exit out after.
