关于mac pycharm 使用xlwings提示用户没有权限的问题

这个问题在xlwings的官方git中已经有人提问出来了，我也遇到同样的问题，最终通过降低pycharm版本成功的解决了此问题

我用的pycharm 官方最新版本：2019.2

后来尝试的版本:2018.2 ，成功解决问题！
