今天在拉完项目后拉取包的过程中，maven报错：

Could not transfer artifact from/to

对应的包

maven-default-http-blocker (http://0.0.0.0/): Blocked mirror for repositories:

仓库地址

使用的maven是自己安装的3.8，后来改成使用idea自带的3.6.3，就可以正常拉取，百度到的原因是3.6之后maven不支持非安全连接，所以http这种方式会有问题

（可是使用3.8的时候，同一个仓库，一部分包可以拉，一部分不可以，所以这个问题还需要再看看
