vmware install win8 and server2012 problem

Environment:

vmware workstation 9 and win7 64bit.

Problem:

when i want to install server2012r2 and win8 64bit,my visual machine is always restart.Vmware workstation 9 said that there is someporblem with my cpu.

Solution:

1.I updated vmware workstation 9 to 10,it no work

2.I used oracle virtual box insteade of workstation,and changed oracle virtual box setting,it no work

3.I updated system w7 64bit  to w8.1 64bit,and used vmware workstation 10,it works.

Think:

Maybe there is some problem in w7 64bit system.It blocks some ability of the cpu .or there is some mistake to understande the cpu's some commands.or w7,w8 have diffent ways to understand the cpu's some commands.
