无法从中心仓库获取该版本的信息， 从新下载；

1、配置eclipse中的maven  user setting路径为本地maven安装路径

配置阿里云镜像路径

重新下载镜像文件

在maven中加入依赖时，有时因为网速的原因，我们停止了依赖的下载，这时pom文件中就会出现上面的错误。这时候只要去本地maven库中删除相应的依赖包，再重新下载就好。
