我下载了sqlite源码，并且configure, make, make install.

然后就出现SQLite header and source version mismatch  的错误。

上网好多种建议，我的方法是：将/usr/local/lib中的所有的libsqlite*拷贝到/usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/。64位系统的话，拷贝到/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/。
