"Failed to fetch URL https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/addons_list.xml,reason: Connection to https://dl-ssl.google.com refused"

使用Android SDK  Manager下载 SDK时候出现上面的错误，解决方式：

1、打开C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc中的hosts文件

2、最后一行添加一个74.125.237.1 dl-ssl.google.com

就可以了，由于无法解析 https://dl-ssl.google.com，所以直接使用IP来解析。
