Could not calculate build plan: Plugin org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-resources-plugin:2.5 or one of its dependencies could not be resolved

 
此问题的解决：
 
1、要确认spring sts已经设置代理
2、要确认windows -> Preferences -> maven 的settings.xml文件中，设置代理。
3、C:\Users\ttt\.m2\repository\org\apache\maven\plugins目录下的文件夹全部删除，重新下载。
 
【右击项目】->【Maven】->【Update Project...】 等待plugins下载完成即可
