windows :

netstat -ano      查看所有端口使用情况

netstat -ano |findstr "端口号"     查看特定端口号

tasklist |findstr "进程id号"       查找对应的进程号

taskkill /f /t /im "进程id或者进程名称"      杀死进程

linux :

netstat -tunlp | grep 端口号 【   lsof -i:端口号】

ps -ef      查看进程

kill -s 9 1827

其中-s 9 制定了传递给进程的信号是９，即强制、尽快终止进程。     杀死进程

sudo su -       切换root权限
