jsp:forward的作用是在服务器端进行页面跳转。通常有<jsp:forward page="NewPage.jsp">语句的页面的在执行时会提前执行跳转，而不输出任何内容到客户端。

但当语句前的输出内容超出缓冲区大小，导致服务器自动flush缓冲区时，或者语句前有out.flush()执行时，跳转语句将不被执行。
