经理今天介绍了一下，GROW，就给他放上来了：
 
有一个辅导的方法 叫做 GROW （G：goal；R：reality；O：option；W：will）
这个辅导方法是这样的，客观地给自己或者别人提问，不要去介入，把责任方定位在需要接受测试和思考的那个人身上
goal：通过提问，逐渐量化清晰的目标（如果说我要赚钱这个就不够具体，需要得到的信息是我要在5年内买到一辆法拉利，今年我要赚到多少，明年赚到多少，甚至是这个月底要拿到多少，越具体越有效，而且要有时间节点）
reality：同样是为了明白现状，量化现状，明白现状和目标的差量
option：基于这样的目标和现状，有什么选择（要学会问还有吗？这样可以通过提问来抵消一部分的思维惰性）
will：意愿，做这个事情的几率多大，如果不大，是否可以通过调整各方面的指标和提高做这个事情的意愿，因为如果没有意愿，都是白搭
