出现The VMware Authorization Service is not running.报错的根本原因是开机没有启动“VMware Authorization Service”服务。

解决方式是：

打开windows任务管理器，选中“服务”菜单栏，然后在该界面的右下角有“服务(S)”按钮

点击“服务(S)”,弹出“服务”对话框，在服务列表里面查找跟VMware相关的服务，点击上图中的“启动”，启动“VMware
Authorization Service”服务：





查看启动后的状态





但是我发现启动方式是“手动”，那就意味着我每次关机之后再开机都得手动操作一次，为了实现开机自启动，选中“VMware
Authorization Service'”右键，点击“属性”，我又做了如下设置：

将“启动类型”选项由“手动”改为“自动”，截图如下：





vmware相关的其他服务最好也是开启自启动，除非你用不到，比如你给虚拟机设置了固定IP就不需要设置VMware
DHCP的自启动了，如果你的虚拟机没有使用到NAT方式的网络配置就不需要启动VMware NAT服务；而如果你用到了这些服务却没有启动，可能出现虚拟机无法访问其他机器的情况。



现在OK，设置完成，再去启动虚拟机没问题。
