I install sogou 中文输入法 successfully, after following below steps:

1. install sogou pingyin by deb package, in http://pinyin.sogou.com/linux/

2. setup "Input Method Configuration" as fcitx and re-login Ubuntu.

3. setup "Input Method" as fcitx in "Language Support" panel, and then re-login Ubuntu。
