添加有<type>bundle</type>标签的依赖时，都会报这个错。

需要在<build/><plugins/>里面追加标签

            <plugin>

                <groupId>org.apache.felix</groupId>

                <artifactId>maven-bundle-plugin</artifactId>

                <extensions>true</extensions>

            </plugin>
