oracle 11g 64位安装sqldeveloper打开不了解决方法：

1.到官网下载对应版本的sqldeveloper。

2。找对应安装路径下的F:\app\Administrator\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\sqldeveloper 覆盖即可。

3.重新打开开始菜单里面sqldeveloper如果出现闪一下消失，就需要去执行第四步。

4.找到刚刚覆盖的文件夹F:\app\Administrator\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\sqldeveloper 里面有一个应用程序sqldeveloper.exe 。双击启动即可。
