Eternity is not a distance, but a decision.

永恒不是一段距离，而是一种决定。

What can be called as eternity? Wealth definitely is not.

Maybe thoughts and ideas can become eternal.

The world is always changing, and change alone is eternal, perpetual, immortal.

Anything else? There are few things that can stand the test of time.

And the same thing, to be excellent is also a decision.

It usually takes more than three weeks to prepare a good impromptu speech.

To give a good impromptu speech may be very difficult to many of us.

In some cases, even when we have been well-prepared to give a speech, we have spent several days to write the speech-draft, we may still fail to give a satisfying speech.

That really needs exercise, conscious exercise, both in speech skills and in preparing the materials related to the speech.
