在新下载的项目中进行maven 的jar的更新和下载时，报此错，在网上搜了其他的文章，需要在eclipse中安装jdk,
选择window→preference→java→Installed JREs 点add添加你的jdk路径，选jdk而不是jre.
然后就可以解决该问题，当我操作结束重新尝试的时候，仍然报次错，
然后我在dos窗口中ping了一下，我在setting配置中的maven镜像地址的域名，
发现ping不同，我更换了可以使用的ip，然后重新尝试就ok了。
