# 全局安装 vue-cli

$ npm install --global vue-cli

# 创建一个基于 webpack 模板的新项目

$ vue init webpack my-project

# 安装依赖，走你

$ cd my-project

$ npm install

$ npm run dev

执行npm run dev的时候报版本过低

使用的cnpm升级的版本仍然无法使用

使用 npm install -g npm 升级后能使用

vue init webpack#1.0 projectname
