在makefile中添加链接libnnz11库的参数
修改$ORACLE_HOME/sysman/lib/ins_emagent.mk，将$(MK_EMAGENT_NMECTL)修改为：$(MK_EMAGENT_NMECTL) -lnnz11
建议修改前备份原始文件
[oracle@ccdinpay4dg ~]$ cd $ORACLE_HOME/sysman/lib
[oracle@ccdinpay4dg lib]$ ls -l ins_emagent.mk
-rw-r--r--. 1 oracle oinstall 5480 Jul 16 2013 ins_emagent.mk
[oracle@ccdinpay4dg lib]$ cp ins_emagent.mk ins_emagent.mk.bak
[oracle@ccdinpay4dg lib]$ vi ins_emagent.mk
...
$(SYSMANBIN)emdctl:
$(MK_EMAGENT_NMECTL) -lnnz11
...

查找NMECTL，在后面追加参数-lnnz11 第一个是字母l，后面两个是数字1（如上），这俩有点变态...

保存退出后Retry
