从github获取插件包例如Head

 git clone git://github.com/mobz/elasticsearch-head.git

在elasticsearch安装目录中创建插件存放目录

#以这样的方式创建 plugins/插件名称/site

mkdir -p elasticsearch-1.5.2/plugins/head/_site

#将下载的插件包内的所有文件放在_site路径下

cp -r elasticsearch-head/* elasticsearch-1.5.2/plugins/head/_site
重启elasticsearch服务
在浏览器访问
访问地址是http://{你的ip地址}:9200/_plugin/head/
