启动eclipse报错：Failed to load the JNI shared lib...

解决办法如下：保证JDK与eclipse相匹配

在同一台计算机中，如果JDK是32位的，那么eclipse也安装位32位的；，如果JDK是64位的，那么eclipse也安装位64位的；

另外：如果系统是64位的，jdk一定要安装64位的。
