Cross origin requests are only supported for protocol schemes: http, data, chrome,chrome-extension的问题

解决方法是：

在 chrome 的快捷方式之后 添加一行命令

 --allow-file-access-from-files

注意：这行命令 与chrome.exe 中间有一个空格
