1：需要在对应的SiteCollection 和 Site 中开启Publishing的服务

2：在Designer中创建自己的Master Page，进行对原始v4.master代码进行复制，和修改

3：保存自己的Master Page，并对此Master Page进行发布审批

4：将自己的Master Page设置成为Default Master Page
