问题描述：

最近在公司AE项目中遇到了下面的问题：

COMException: The data necessary to complete this operation is not yet available.
ErrorCode: -2147483638 (Hex:8000000a)
StackTrace:
ESRI.ArcGIS.Carto.IMap.get_MapScale()

问题原因：

因为框架已经在很多项目使用，确保不是程序代码的问题。在网上找了很久，发现ESRI官网论坛有人遇到过相同的问题，链接地址：

发生错误的原因是：地图单位是unknown。

解决方法：

参照上面链接内容，将地图单位设置为meters。问题解决。
