背景： npm 运行项目时出现了该问题

原因： path环境变量配置不当，导致无法找到指定的程序，如Error: spawn cmd.exe ENOENT，出现该问题的原因是因为没有将%SystemRoot%\system32加入path变量中

解决：将  %SystemRoot%\system32  加入到path变量中，问题解决，若没有，可能要重启一下电脑
