背景：

1、maven的springmvc项目

2、使用了eclipse的Run on Server直接运行项目

3、使用maven的tomcat或者jetty插件完全没有问题

原因：

1、进入到eclipse新建的tomcat server时（D:\开发工程\workspace_web\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.wst.server.core\tmp0\wtpwebapps）发现项目上的lib文件夹为空。

2、新建普通的springmvc项目运行，发现上述目录能正常生成lib目录，并且依赖也可以复制过去。

3、也就是说maven的依赖没有复制过去上述目录。

解决方法：

1、项目右键->【Properties】->【Deployment Assembly】->【Add】

2、把maven的依赖添加进去

3、重新测试Run on Server，可以发现一切正常，并且上述目录下也已经复制了依赖过去。
