eclipse在新建andorid工程的时候出现找不到AppCompat.Light主题的问题，这是因为缺少支持低版本的v7包所致，

这个不是jar包，在sdk的extras->andorid->support中找不到v7支持包，打开SDK Manager，重新下载这个文件

　　

如果下载v7 失败那么直接上网下载一个新的v7包放到该目录下重写打开eclipse就好了

导入完成之后在V7包发现错误

发现是v21导入失败，打开SDK发现并没有下载V21，下载之后重新选择Target Version就可以了
