以上问题请手动杀死一下vsftp的进程就可以启动了

查找进程号

ps -aux | grep vsftp

产生如下：

root    0.0  0.0     pts/    R+   :  : grep --color=auto vsftp

杀死进程

kill

重启服务

/bin/systemctl restart vsftpd.service

完工
