解决方法：

在出错的项目上点击鼠标右键，弹出的菜单中选择属性：

在弹出的窗口左侧选择“Project Facets”，右侧选择“Runtimes”，勾选Apache Tomcat v8.0；

如果不存在，点击右下面的“New”按钮；
