闻其声而知鸟，听其言而知人。

Listen to what a man talks, watch what he is doing, then we will know him.

So please give enough attention on my speeches and actions.

If there's something bad, then try to get rid of it little by little.

Way down below, we have little or no conscious awareness of the Id, which influences all ourdecisions.
