Oracle 11.2 RAC 添加节点
软硬件环境：与上一篇文章一致；
集群中增加节点大致分为 4 个步骤：
1. 前期准备阶段；
2. 新节点加入集群（安装 GI 软件）；
3. 新节点安装 DB 软件；
4. 给新节点分配实例；
1.前期准备阶段
IP 配置、系统内核配置、安装 RPM 包、 SHELL 限制、分配用户和组、配置用户环境变量、目录创建及授权、配置互信等等一些前期环境准。
