myisam表使用btree索引，可以粗略计算出索引文件的大小，使用（key_length+4）/0.67，全部key的总和，全部key被排序顺序插入和表没有被任何压缩的时候，这是最坏的情况

string索引是被压缩空间的，如果第一个索引部分是string，他总是压缩前缀。压缩让索引文件比最坏情况要小。

在myisam中，在创建表时指定PACK_KEYS=1.
