org.apache.flume.FlumeException: NettyAvroRpcClient { host: 121.41.49.51, port: 41100 }: RPC connection error

如果在flume中sinks使用avro来推送数据时，出现这个问题。

那么要看一下Server上有没有监听，如果没有监听，则客户端的RPC当然连接SEVER时会报错啦！
