1.一个应用程序中，Directory.GetCurrentDirectory获得的当前工作目录是C:\Windows\System32，这是为什么呢？是如何设置的？

2.在WinXP下：System.IO.Directory.GetCurrentDirectory()方法获得的目录路径随着OpenFileDialog、SaveFileDialog等对象所确定的目录而改变。

而在Win7下不会随着改变而改变。
