具体错误信息：Git failed with a fatal error.
error: open("ConsoleApp1/.vs/ConsoleApp1/v15/Server/sqlite3/db.lock"): Permission denied

fatal: Unable to process path ConsoleApp1/.vs/ConsoleApp1/v15/Server/sqlite3/db.lock

因为git上传要忽略vs文件， Git因致命错误而失败。权限被拒绝 无法处理的路径。

解决方法下：

1. 打开团队资源管理器，点击设置

2. 点击 储存库设置

3. 添加忽略文件

完成.
