通过查阅百度和谷歌，以下解决方法：

The problem has been solved, because I installed the amd64.iso linux system,so first must excuse apt-get install lsb-core,then you can excuse arm-linux-gcc -v

也就是64位系统需要安装lsb-core这个库才行。

在终端输入: sudo apt-get install lsb-core

经试验该方法可行。
