《Civil War》是美国硬摇滚乐队枪炮与玫瑰的一首单曲，首次收录于1990年的群星慈善专辑《Nobody's Child: Romanian Angel Appeal》。这是一首反战歌曲，指出一切战争皆为“内战”，战争唯独“喂肥了富人，却埋葬了穷人（feeds the rich while it buries the poor）”。该曲是枪花的代表作之一。

在1990，即《Use Your Illusion II》问世的一年前，《Civil War》就已出现在一张慈善专辑《Nobody's Child - Romanian Angel Appeal》之中。该专辑由前Beatles成员George Harrison筹划，试图帮助齐奥塞斯库政权结束后的罗马尼亚孤儿 。

详细背景

《Civil War》是枪花成员Slash、Axl Rose、Duff Mckagan的心血之作，Slash描述这首歌的配乐部分是他在乐队前往日本作Appetite for Destruction的 世界巡演时完成的，Axl写了歌词，歌曲最终在澳大利亚墨尔本成型。1993年9月27日接受Rockline的采访时，Duff Mckagan解释了这首歌的来历：“它的riff是我们通常用来调音的，Axl想出了开头的一些句子，然后……我想到了一场和平游行，那时我还是个小孩 子，和我妈一起，我大概四岁，这是马丁路德金的 一段话：你是否带上了黑袖章，当他们枪杀了那个男人、那个高喊‘和平将永存’的男人？（Did you wear the black arm band when they shot the man who said: 'Peace could last forever'?）这是来自我的真实生活的。”
