首先我们先去这个网站下载http://www.apache.org/，进入Tomcat，点击Tomcat9

下载64-bit Windows_zip

当我们下载好了之后解压，把多余的文件删除掉，也可以不删，但它会占空间运行也会变慢的。

我们调一下电脑的属性，打开此电脑的属性在环境变量里点击CLASSPATH进行新建，在apach-tocmat9.0目录下打开lib文件找到sevlet-api.jar打开运行复制到CLASSPATH的新建里。

然后开始编写文件打开tocmat就行了。
